Piling Work of Parking Building for design and construction of Kandy Multimodal Transport Terminal(KMTT)

Galigamuwa- Ruwanwella-Karawanella Road

The project involved the rehabilitation and improvement of approximately 29.21 km of the Galigamuwa–Ruwanwella–Karawanella Road by Nawaloka Construction Company (Pvt) Ltd. for the Road Development Authority (RDA). Works included asphalt pavement rehabilitation and associated road infrastructure improvements, enhancing road safety, connectivity and travelling conditions.

I-Projects KE2 & KE3 (ADB funded)

The KE2 and KE3 projects formed part of the ADB-funded Integrated Road Investment Program (iROAD) in the Kegalle District, undertaken by Nawaloka Construction. The works involved the rehabilitation and improvement of rural roads, including pavement, drainage and associated infrastructure, followed by performance-based maintenance. KE2 covered approximately 78.25 km (21 roads) and KE3 approximately 64.12 km (25 roads).

Improvements to Minneriya-Galoya Road Length – 14.54 Km

The project involved the improvement and rehabilitation of a 14.54 km section of the Minneriya–Galoya Road, including road widening, pavement improvements, drainage works, culverts and associated infrastructure, enhancing road safety, accessibility and connectivity in the area.

Design & Build for the Proposed Multipurpose Warehouse

The Proposed Multipurpose Warehouse in Jaffna is a Design & Build development intended to provide a modern and functional facility for storage, handling and logistics operations. The project encompasses the complete design and construction of the warehouse, including structural, architectural, MEP and associated external infrastructure works, providing an efficient and durable facility suitable for multipurpose operations.

Design & Build Of Cinnamon Red Kandy

Cinnamon Red Kandy is an 18-storey hotel development at Katugastota, Kandy, undertaken by Nawaloka Construction Company (Pvt) Ltd. as the Design & Build Contractor. The development includes a basement, parking levels, hotel accommodation and amenities, together with a rooftop swimming pool, supported by comprehensive structural, architectural and MEP works.

Ekroma Fortune

Ekroma Fortune is a Grade A multi-storey office development located at W. A. D. Ramanayake Mawatha, Colombo 02, constructed by Nawaloka Construction Company (Pvt) Ltd. The development comprises a reinforced-concrete high-rise structure with car-parking levels, office floors, a mezzanine and roof terrace, together with modern architectural finishes and MEP services.

Janajaya City

Janajaya City is a multi-storey commercial and administrative complex in Rajagiriya, constructed by Nawaloka Construction Company (Pvt) Ltd. The project comprises a reinforced-concrete structure accommodating retail, commercial and office facilities, together with associated architectural finishes, MEP services, vertical transportation and external works.

State of the Art Multi Storied Nawaloka Specialist Center Colombo

The development is a multi-storey, mixed-use healthcare and parking facility comprising several split-level parking floors together with dedicated areas for specialist medical consultation and supporting healthcare services. It provides accommodation for a large number of consultant specialists through purpose-designed consultation and channelling rooms. A substantial portion of the development is dedicated to multi-level parking, with capacity for more than 600 vehicles, helping reduce congestion associated with the main hospital.

Built by Nawaloka Construction, the three-story facility handles up to 150,000 metric tons of cargo annually to boost Sri Lanka's trade infrastructure.

Warawala Bridge

Warawala Bridge (Bridge No. 36/3 on the Kegalle–Bulathkohupitiya–Karawanella Road) in the Kegalle District of Sri Lanka was successfully reconstructed and completed in 2010 by Nawaloka Construction Company. This civil engineering undertaking earned an official ICTAD Construction Performance Award in 2010 from the Institute for Construction Training and Development (now CIDA).

Construction of Proposed Three Storied Staff Accommodation Building for the National College of Education for Technological Stream in Narangalla,Kuliyapitiya

part of a bilateral initiative funded through South Korean grants via KOICA and the Ministry of Education. The project contract was awarded to International Construction Consortium (Pvt) Ltd to provide residential quarters for academic staff.
